These scarves are hand woven in the village of Bhuj by a young and very talented weaver in the Vankar community of weavers.
The shawl is embellished with an extra weft; with the distinctive motifs found in this region in the weaving techniques.
Kala cotton is used, which is an indigenous organic cotton grown in this area. It is a thicker textured cotton with a lovely slubbed effect, which will get softer with every wash and wear.
AZO-free dye has been used. 60cm x 200 cm approx. Hand wash cold water with mild detergent, line dry, iron if necessary
