This is our classic kaftan style. Perfect to wear from beach to bar , or maybe that lazy Sunday brunch. This kaftan is the ultimate in luxury lounging!
The kaftan has a wide-cut body with relaxed silhouette, a V-neckline with bias trim. It is full length with side slits and has a wonderful fluid drape.
This kaftan is crafted in 40g Habutai silk dyed in the itajime (Japanese clamp dye) Shibori technique.
Each 3 meter piece of fabric is folded, clamped and dyed by hand - repeated up to 3 times to layer the colours - so there will be slight variations in colour and pattern between pieces, making each piece "one of a kind"
Our silhouettes are designed to enhance layering, flow & drape. The clothing is stitched by brothers Parvez & Lal in Delhi.
SIZE & FIT;
It is a one size garment and fits S-L comfortably with its beautiful soft liquid drape.
The length center front 50" and Chest 50" round. Hip 56" round and 'Sleeve' length 14.5"
Please remember there is +/- a tolerance inherent to hand made clothing.

The fabric is 100% Habutai silk
It is soft & light with a fluid drape.
Care: Dry cleaning recommended for all colour ways to preserve the beauty of this garment. Gentle steam iron if necessary.
